A leading retailer is looking for an Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join their team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. As the Accounts Receivable Team Leader you will manage a team of 8-10, and you will be based in Pudsey, West Yorkshire.

Key responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Team Leader include:

Responsible for O2C team engaged in collection of overdue debts, resolution of customer queries, queries to/from bank and stores
Ensure support is provided for offshore colleagues or internal customers to obtain additional information required for cash application or resolution of issues related to processing or receipts from customers
Handle escalations related to the processes handled
Work towards set deadlines
Perform root cause analysis and initiate improvement for and SLA/PKI misses
Manage the day to day workload of the team by continuously monitoring the inflow, outflow or work and the productivity of the agents against targets set

Key requirements for the Accounts Receivable Team Leader:

Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of key systems such as Oracle, Mainframe etc.
Excellent knowledge of O2C end to end processes
Previous management experience
Detail orientated
Retail industry experience preferred
Ability to learn a new work flow tool and use it for day to day operations
