ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in PITTSBURGH, PA.

- Accounts Receivable experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Time management skills.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Accounts Receivable Analyst assists with research and identification of unapplied payments to the respective accounts of the Company Supplier Membership Program.
- Additional responsibilities will include researching aging balances for collection; researching credit balances to determine application to outstanding invoices; handling write-offs; facilitating vendor form requests; credit card chargebacks and refund management.
- Maintaining strong customer focus at all times
- Direct interaction with internal and external customers to identify unapplied payments, aging balances for write-off or credit balances for application to outstanding invoices

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- University degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of related accounts receivable and/or cash application experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Outlook and Word).
- Effective problem solving skills
