Accounts Receivable Specialist Job

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with a SAP AFFILIATED CLIENT located in PITTSBURGH, PA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Accounts Receivable Analyst assists with research and identification of unapplied payments to the respective accounts of the Ariba Supplier Membership Program. Additional responsibilities will include researching aging balances for collection; researching credit balances to determine application to outstanding invoices; handling write-offs; facilitating vendor form requests; credit card chargebacks and refund management.
- Maintaining strong customer focus at all times
- Direct interaction with internal and external customers to identify unapplied payments, aging balances for write-off or credit balances for application to outstanding invoices
- Effective problem solving skills
- All other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- University degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of related accounts receivable and/or cash application experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Outlook and Word)
