Accounts Receivable Associate - Maternity Cover (initial 9 month contract) - Immediate Start

As a leading provider of recruiting and staffing services globally, Allegis Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Finance team based in our Thames Valley office.

You will use strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver a high level of customer service, developing strong business relationships. You will be required to develop and maintain good working relationships in a fast paced organisation with a strong values based culture.

The successful candidate will have experience of working within a Finance team for a large company, work efficiently with a process-driven mindset and have excellent attention to detail. Accuracy is key in this role, with the ability to manage your time and workload efficiently being a necessity. You will possess strong numeracy skills, basic to intermediate Excel skills and be confident inputting large amounts of data accurately and to deadlines.

Key responsibilities of this role:

Downloading bank statements and reconciling receipts, daily sales ledger cash allocation and maintenance ensuring completeness and accuracy of receivables, liaising with credit and billing teams to coordinate postings to facilitate client payments within terms and maintain back up files in line with regulation and department requirements. On a daily basis, you will act as a point of contact for all queries and hold responsibility for completing query investigations and resolutions.
