Key responsibilities for Accounts Payable Team Leader:
Subject Matter Expert in P2P & O2C and Operational Management of Payroll Voice & Admin team:
Responsible for P2P voice support team
Responsible for O2C Team engaged in Collection of Overdue debts, resolution of Customer Queries, queries to/from bank & stores
Responsible for Operational Management of Payroll Voice & Admin team
Be one point of contact and Ensure management of the service delivery center for smooth operations
Ensure Response to Voice Queries from Internal Business Department on P2P, O2C or Payroll
Ensure support is provided for Offshore P2P, O2C or Payroll colleagues or Internal Business department Contract suppliers to obtain additional information required for Cash Application or resolution of issue related with processing or receipts from customers or Issues requiring clarification from banks or issues requiring clarification from stores
Printing, scanning and enveloping documents as required by the activities handled.
Handle escalations related to the processes handled.
Work towards the set deadlines/SLAs/KPIs. Perform root cause analysis and initiate improvement for any SLA/KPI misses
Adhere to audit requirements (internal quality checking) and change in procedures.
Support the SSC team colleagues and offshore colleagues in ensuring all SLA'S are met
Work with your manager to continually assess and develop your personal development and performance
Manage the day to day workload of the team by continuously monitoring the inflow, outflow or work and the productivity of the agents against the set SLA/KPI.
Ensure all key controls and compliance requirements of the processes are met
Report to the off shore managers on the processes and people on a set frequency
Other activities:
Maintain and update process documentations (SOP)
Train new hires of the team and cross train other members of the team
Attend various process and non-process related trainings
Adhere to quality methodologies
Follow risk management policies and procedures applicable to both the process and location.
Adherence to company's health and safety policies
Participate in internal and external audits.
Participate in and contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives
To be considered for this Accounts Payable Team Leader position you must have had prior experience in a similar role ie managing a team. You must be immediately available and able to work in Pudsey.
