Accounts Payable Specialist Job

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST needed for a long term CONTRACT opportunity with our client located in DOWNERS GROVE, IL.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Accounts Payable experience
- Customer Service
- Strong MS Excel

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Monitor email for Staffing Requests, and system Queue for Customer Contracts to be reviewed, and Vendor Payables to be audited and processed.
- Must be able to manage Customer specific special handling: including reconciling time sheets, receipts, per customer requirements.
- Must be detail oriented, able to work in a fast paced environment, have Intermediate-advanced MS Excel skills.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Reading and comprehension of contracts.
- Detail Oriented - able to audit vendor invoices quickly and process for payment.
- Able to obtain and process new information quickly (adaptable to change).
- Intermediate - advanced MS Excel.
