Accounts Payable - Spanish or Portuguese Speaker

Asian Language speaking - Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Analyst

Volt Europe is recruiting on behalf of a Global Organisation based in Redditch for an Asian Language (Malay, Tagalog, Indonesian, Taiwanese, Korean, Japanese, Tamil etc...) speaking Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Analyst to join their expanding team which is truly multi-cultural and has a great atmosphere.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Processing of invoices and credit notes.
Matching of invoices to orders.
Communicate with suppliers to reconcile accounts, obtain copies etc.
Checking VAT compliance on invoices (foreign rated/exceptions etc.).
Ensure payment runs to Suppliers are made to timetable.
Ensure that outgoings are in line with the established Schedule of Authorisation guidelines by reviewing signatures and escalating exceptions.
Supplier account reconciliations
Communicate and issue resolution with line management, for outstanding invoice

You must be able to speak FLUENT in at least one Asian language and English.
