ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SCANNING & ARCHIVAL PROCESSOR - 4 HOURS PER DAY (10AM - 2PM) - 12 MONTHS CONTRACT  

Excellent opportunity to join a Global Brand for a 12 months contract.

Job roles and responsibilities

- Temporary position
- Reporting to the EMEA AP Manager & Global ER (Expense Reporting) Manager
- To be part of the EMEA AP & ER team which acts as the main EMEA finance contact point for technical, development, accounting and training issues in relation to the Accounts Payable and Expense Reimbursement process
- To scan all hardcopy (1) employee expense reports into Concur (expense system) and (2) vendor invoices into IPM Oracle
- Ensure all physical hardcopies are archived within the agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
- Keep record of documents archived as per the agreed process and in accordance with local EMEA country legislation requirements
- Work with both the AP & ER management and processing teams in Dublin, India and Romania to resolve any queries or issues that arise due to scanning issues
- To contribute to the testing and implementation of the AP scanning process as part of the introduction of Oracle R12  and to subsequently look for opportunities for improvement while ensuring compliance to statutory and company policy
- Provide monthly metrics of the scanning for volumes and turnaround times and explain variances
- To assist with housekeeping duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing and preparation of documents for transfer to the Tax team who are responsible for VAT reclamation

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

- Previous experience of document scanning and archiving in a multinational environment preferred
- An excellent knowledge of English
- Good Excel and keyboard skills - previous experience of Concur, IPM Oracle or similar finance packages preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and planning skills so that work is prioritized and strict deadlines met even when faced with outside distractions
- To work under pressure to strict deadlines in a changing environment
