Accounts Payable Officer 50% (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Receive and record all incoming invoices and allocate them to the correct cost type and cost centre
- Ensure that invoices match goods and services received
- Prepare and release approved payments using commercial bank payment systems
- Perform daily bank reconciliations, identifying (and dealing with) sundry bank charges, returned funds and cash receipts
- Liaise with cost centre owners, procurement operations team and banks in case of mismatches or queries

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Profound elevant work experience
- Reliable, accurate, organised and concise; open to sharing information
- Able to deal with unforeseen events
- Fluent in English, good command of German is a plus
