Accounts Payable Manager

An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our client located in the Fareham area.

Key Responsibilities:

Migrate the AP function of recently acquired company into the existing CV process
Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
Work closely with relevant stake holders to ensure effective and efficient integration, submit periodic reports as required
Ensure compliance with ICFR
To ensure the integrity and accuracy of the AP function and the timely processing and payments of supplier invoices during this time
Liaising with internal and external auditors as required
To perform all other duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience as an Accounts Payable Manager within a multi-national, multi-currency environment
A good level of computer literacy is required, especially in the use of integrated financial systems, spreadsheets, databases and word processing
Good time and people management.
Experience working within a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with ERP systems
Excellent communications
Professional and approachable manner
