Accounts Payable Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Accounts Payable Manager to join the Health division on a 6 month contract. Reporting to the Finance Director key responsibilities are:

* Managing and motivate the team of staff involved in the operational processes of the contract including Billing, Further medical evidence, Contractor payments and Claimant expenses.
* Delivering timely and accurate data within SLA's.
* Working closely with Group functions including Treasury, Tax, AP, AR, and SAP.
* Assist the programme and operational teams with change requests, testing IT changes and adding value where possible.
* Instil compliance with the overall contract whilst bringing in best practice from the Division / Group.
* Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and service levels are met and the quality of service delivered to the Client meets the required standard.

Essential Experience/Skills:

The successful candidate should have previous experience to include AP/AR team management in high volume processing in a changing environment along with strong staff management experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required along with strong IT skills including Microsoft office especially excel.
