Projektbeschreibung
- Manage proactively your own ‘workflow’ in regard to scanning and gaining the appropriate approval for invoices and expenses
- Check invoices in CHF, GBP and various foreign currencies, and process accounting entries in SAP accurately
- Audit check and code expenses for travel policy and VAT regulation compliance prior to processing
- Ensure that general accounting best practices are always compliant with in addition to internal guidelines and limits
- Reconcile vendor statements daily and deal with internal and external queries
- Occasionally participate in ‘user’ testings for enhancements to SAP or invoice imaging tool
- Experience in an Accounts Payable function
- Knowledge of an Accounts Payable accounting package (such as SAP)
- Good knowledge of English and French (spoken and written)
- Attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office applications
