ACCOUNTS PAYABLE JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

My client is a market leading PE backed business in a huge period of growth. They are looking to take on Junior Accountants to train and develop in their business within their Centralised Back Office (CBO) in their London HQ. You MUST HAVE a strong Finance and Accounting or related degree and you MUST HAVE some experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Input supplier invoices submitted by OpCos via document management system workflow.
- Compiling transaction upload templates where invoice detail has many lines and the detail is provided by the OpCos in Excel.
- Ensure all supplier invoices are matched against a GRN and Purchase Order in the system.
- Posting and reversing accruals where known costs have been incurred but not invoiced.
- Assist OpCo teams address supplier enquiries regarding payments.

This is a fairly unique opportunity in the market place and the company does require applicants with a confident and strong communication style as you will be dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
