*Top Tier Investment Bank is looking for an Accounts Payable specialist to join the team in a 1 year contract basis*
The team is responsible for processing expenses covering vendor payments and staff expenses globally. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in investment banking.
The main functions of the group are the execution of vendor payments and staff expenses, identification and implementation of process changes to improve controls and productivity and partnering with the business to identify and establish opportunities for cost efficiencies.
Responsibilities
Accounting Services
Verification of accuracy of invoices data captured into SAP via scanning technology
Invoice verification and processing for manual (non scanning) entities
Reconciliation of vendor control accounts (AP Clearing, Vendor Control, etc)
Checking of expense related accruals Staff Expenses; Static Maintenance; Corporate Card management; Audit and Customer Service.
