Accounts Payable Coordinator (m/w)

For our client in Hamburg, Germany, a hot new start up funded by one of the largest car rental companies in the world, we are currently searching for a Accounts Payable Coordinator (f/m):

Start: as soon as possible

Contract: permanent at Nash direct, until end of February, with option to become a direct employee at the end client

Tasks:

* Project work to manage communications to our vendors regarding outstanding balances on specific entities, and update internal tracking as to status and outcome.
* Candidate will work to research and resolve outstanding balances in account, which may require detailed analysis of transactions on the vendor accounts and critical thinking to determine appropriate next steps.
* May also assist with month end close, balance sheet and G/L reconciliation and account analysis, or other accounting tasks on an as needed basis. Understanding of basic accounting requirements and processes required.

Qualification:

* Excel expert
* Experience in accounts payable and accounting in general

* Critical thinking, attention to detail, good business sense, ability to communicate professionally (in English) and ability to self-direct and prioritize work are all requirements.
* This position will require work in the Navision GL system, so familiarity with that is a plus.
