PURPOSE OF ROLE:

To provide assistance to the London and Group Financial controllers in meeting their responsibilities and the operation of the purchase ledger system

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintenance of the purchase ledger- including coding, posting, settling of expense claims, supplier invoices and inter-company charges
- Arranging payments and transfers in foreign currencies
- Preparation of payment batches
- Ad hoc queries of Finance and Management teams
- Keeping filing and archiving up to date for department

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

We are looking for someone who has proven accounts payable experience and who can come in and pick up the work quickly. The ideal candidate will have used SUN but this is not essential.
