Accounts Payable Administrator, Maidenhead

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to work on a 9 months contract for a major mobile telecommunications operator based in Maidenhead.

The purpose of the role is to support the larger accounts payable team in providing a high quality ledger control function that delivers excellent internal and external customer service through best practice processes.

You will be responsible for;

- Timely and accurate processing of invoices from receipt to payment
- Resolving internal and external customer queries
- Supplier reconciliations
- Review and report aged credit
- Processing of supplier direct debits

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator that has had experience working in a busy accounts payable environment.

You will also be able to display the following skills.

- Experience using Oracle AP/Oracle Purchasing software
- The ability to manage a large number of transactions
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
- Accurate, numerate and focused on ensuring deadlines are met
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers
