The responsibilities of this position will require day to day paperwork, vendor follow up and data entry. It is working within the Tech-finance team in this exciting, cutting edge company.
The successful candidate will be organised with a strong attention to detail and very strong communication/stakeholder skills.
Position responsibilities:
Data Entry
- Enter data into spreadsheets that track costs, inventories, purchases, receiving etc.
- Assist with data entry needed to roll out a nee internal database system
Invoices
- Aid to manage the invoices for Tech Finance
- Help to follow up/research with vendors for discrepancies and credits
Purchasing
- Track down financial coding information
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure that various teams purchases are made, approved and received efficiently
- Complete order forms
Project Work
- Assist with Audits
- Other general assistance within the team
