Projektbeschreibung

Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, Managed Care Reimbursement, the Accounts Coordinator, Managed Care, is responsible for ensuring appropriate and timely payment from managed care and commercial payors, and for minimizing the accounts receivable balance.

Qualifications:
High school graduate or the equivalent with courses in typing and business office equipment.
Knowledge of managed care reimbursement types and insurance follow-up with demonstrated analytical skills.
Previous collection experience or one year's experience in a hospital Patient Financial Services department required.
Proficiency in keyboarding validated by the completion and results of the alphanumeric and/or 10-key tests administered in Human Resources.
Ability to work accurately requiring attention to avoid errors and the ability to perform work which regularly involves the use of confidential information.
