Skills knowledge required:

- SAP experience preferred but not essential as training will be given.
- Experience within a recruitment company would be highly desirable but not essential
Main Duties will include:
- Monitoring, maintaining and dealing with enquiries to the accounts email inbox
- Maintaining and updating department excel spreadsheets and reports
- Checking, processing and approving purchase ledger invoices
- Assessing and processing invoices from suppliers and updating database pertaining to company flats.
- Credit card and petty cash ledger report and reconciliation
- Processing expense allowance claims and reports for offsite Novus team and associate consultants.
- Assisting with maintaining and updating our consultancy activity portal and spreadsheet
- Purchasing sundry office supplies for Haywards Heath office.
The successful candidate will have a background within accounts, a good eye for detail, the ability to analyse and process high quantities of information quickly and efficiently. They will have a professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills across all levels with suppliers, colleagues, associate consultants, graduates, sales personnel and managers.
Initial 4 month contract to cover maternity; will if necessary be extended on a month by month basis. Full time 5 days a week Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm with hour for lunch.
Services offered include those of an Employment Agency and Employment Business and applicants will be required to register with Capita.'
