Accounts Assistant - 6 Month Maternity Cover

Ernst & Young's Financial Services (FS) Tax practice provides tax advisory, transactions and compliance services to a variety of clients in the Financial Services market ranging from some of the world's largest multinational institutions, corporations and funds.

Your responsibilities as an Accounts Assistant will include:

- Preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships and small limited companies
- Preparing corporation tax computations and returns
- Preparing VAT returns
- Processing payroll for domestic and business payroll schemes
- Dealing with company incorporations.

Qualifications/skills you'll need as an Accounts Assistant:

- Experience preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships and small limited companies
- Experience preparing corporation tax computations and VAT returns
- Experience processing of payroll for domestic and business payroll schemes
- Degree educated
- An AAT qualification is preferred but not essential
- Confidence in dealing with clients directly.
