Projektbeschreibung

My client is a small dynamic company that provides a suite of web-based content management applications and complementary creative, digital and professional services to key market sectors in the UK. They are looking for a Financial Administrator to join them on a 6 month (maternity cover) contract on a part time basis (30 hours a week).

As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for the company's invoicing, credit control, order entry and to ensure bank reconciliation is run smoothly. Ensuring that the Executive Chairman is updated on a regular basis.

Main duties include: 

- Validating the QOAF
- Inputting all orders from the signed QOAF onto the system
- Invoicing of project phases, support, maintenance and hosting
- Generating credit requests and credit notes
- Creation and maintenance of all customer files
- Allocating Purchase Order numbers against authorised Purchase Requisitions
- Marrying invoices to purchase requisitions for all expenditure and passing for approval and payment
- Collate and input all employees timesheets for analysis
- Checking expense claims and processing in Sage
- Charging expenses to clients
- Petty Cash

The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills and full account cycle experience as well knowledge and experience of using SAGE 50.
