Accounts Analyst (12 Months Fixed-Term)

Saudia, the flag carrier of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is the first airline in the Arabian Peninsula. To support the delivery of high quality service we are recruiting an Accounts Analyst to fill a position within the UK Finance Team.

As an Accounts Analyst, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processes of the Airlines revenue, ensuring that records are kept up to date and are in compliance. Your key duties will include (but not limited):

- Handling Agent Debit Memo (ADM) /Agent Credit Memo (ACM)
- Dealing with Agents queries
- Reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Credit Control
- Other tasks as and when requested

Person specification

- Educated to Degree level in Accounting or Finance
- Professional finance qualification or currently studying for relevant professional qualification (desirable)
- Experience of working in Revenue Accounting (essential)
- Proactive, can-do attitude and a problem solver
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- High level of numeracy, attention to detail
- Good communication skills - written and spoken
- Familiar with Amadeus (desirable)
- Working knowledge of SAP(desirable)
- Advance level MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Good team player and able to build and develop good working relationships
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Flexible
