An urgent requirement has arisen for an Accounts Administrator based in Peterborough on a 3 month contract. Our client is looking for someone with excellent communication and telephone skills with exceptional accounts, payroll and invoicing experience.
- To complete all chargeable billing and ensure all prices are correct before customer is invoiced.
- Providing customer quotations and ensuring accurate invoices produced.
- To ensure that all quotations and chargeable calls are progressed in a timely manner and that the systems are updated appropriately at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare written communications to customers
- Monthly production and full maintenance of own payroll groups
Candidate Skills:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MS Office products, (eg: MS Word and Excel).
- Strong time management, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Flexible, co-operative attitude to work and change.
- Experienced PC user with good keyboard skills.
