ACCOUNTING/TREASURY PROCURE TO PAY (P2P) & RECORD TO REPORT CONSULTANTS - BELGIUM
Languages: ENGLISH and DUTCH (bilingual)
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
*TO WORK WITHIN A RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTRE IN RESPECT OF PROCURE TO PAY, RECORD AND REPORT.
- Manage Timely and complete receipt of input for accounting.
- Transaction processing for P2P.
- Systematic documentation of master, accounting & other records (Soft & Hard).
- Review Month-end closure workings and checks, MIS and other reports.
- Regular updates of query/management tracker and timely closure of open tasks/queries.
- Balance Sheet Account reconciliations post MEC.
- Set up of payments and Review Payments.
- Policy, Guidelines and interpretation of accounting standards and laws.
- Implement tax structure changes.
- Provide data for Tax/sup. Reporting, calculate tax, create/publish tax reporting schedule.
- Perform trending and variance analysis including commentary.
- Prepare Tax Reconciliations, process tax adjustments.
- Analysis of P&L Accounts.
- Reconciliation between Stat Packs and GL systems.
- Review of Trial Balance, P&L Account and Balance Sheet.
- Review annual confirmations and Audit Working Papers and financial statements.
- Liaison with auditors and expert teams.
- Review of Group closure and monitor its audit.
