ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To provide standard administrative, technical and/or professional support to a certain area.

Personal support to one manager or support for a certain area or location.

Identify and report process improvements in work scope.

Keep skills updated with new developments.

Autonomy: complete tasks as required within own objectives and in line with team goals.

Work within clearly defined processes and may have sufficient leeway for input.

Organizational impact: establish good working relationships with colleagues in the organization to ensure support in achieving tasks.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounting activities (month end closing activities in cost, fixed Assets etc.)
-

Accounting control activities (supervision of daily business, check offshore work, chase offshore staff, maintain checklist etc.)
-

Supporting change process in various projects (especially SAP related)
