Accounting Manager

This position will play a key role in supporting financial activities across three different areas, and will provide ad hoc support during the transition of work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide accounting and financial support including preparing the balance sheet account analysis and establishing monthly accruals. Perform SAP account analysis to clear open managed accounts including running T-codes and performing research and resolution of open items (ie Goods in Transit, Inter-company)
2. Upload, reconcile and analyze the month-end close reporting including troubleshooting issues and implementing process improvements.
3. Utilize Inter-company Workflow tool as needed for Inter-company process.
4. Complete ad-hoc projects and reporting as required, including streamlining and implementing process improvements as well as documentation. This also includes troubleshooting and resolving issues.

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting - CPA/MBA Preferred
Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
Possess critical thinking skills, quantitative, and analytic problem solving skills
Strong ability to come up learning curve quickly
Strong drive for results
Strong people, communication, and adaptability skills
Strong organizational and priority setting skills
Accounting close experience
Advanced Excel
SAP Experience
