Accounting Customer Support Representative Job

ACCOUNTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA

- Accounting experience (AP, AR and Travel & Expense)
- Strong customer support skills
- Strong communication skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Act as a subject matter expert and internal customer support of transactional accounting processes (AP, AR, Travel & Expense) and related tools
- Ensure that AR, AP and T&E transactions are properly and timely recorded and reported in accordance with global Accounting guidelines and group policies
- Process expert and support of AR, AP and T&E topics and issues
- Liaison with department members on AR, AP and T&E process improvements and project initiatives
- Organize and conduct trainings on AP and T&E tools
- Perform end-to-end 1099 reporting process
- Perform daily positive pay suspect check monitoring
- Execute monthly closing responsibilities including reconciliation of checks outstanding cash accounts and preparation of T&E and AP reports

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
- Minimum 5 years related experience
- Strong customer support skills
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving skills
