REVENUE/CONTRACT ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in MIAMI, FL.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Ability to translate contracts and invoices
- Minimum three (3) years experience pertaining to billing and collection or accounting functions and proved administrative skills.
- Bachelor's in Science degree in accounting or business administration, or related field preferred.
- Bilingual, Spanish, Portuguese, spoken and written.
- Ability to work across organization and understand complexities of multiple markets in Latin America.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Analyze and interpret very detailed affiliated revenue contracts and enter the contract terms in AFS which includes but not limited to: (payment terms, rates, subscriber numbers, minimum payments, etc.).
- Collaborate with legal, sales, operations, and finance to evaluate/interpret all new contacts or renewals terms. Key to understand complex business deals and ensure we bill the correct terms to client once deals are sign-off by sales.
- Calculate and post revenue allocation of contracts by various networks in assigned regions.
- Track new launches for customers to update the billing accordingly in assigned regions.
- Work with IT to update our billing database for market rates currency changes for customers on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for the billing and sending of invoices based on received subscriber reports on a monthly basis to clients.
- Work closely with Collections Specialists to process and handle billing adjustments due to clients on a monthly basis.
- Have monthly collections/revenue meetings to improve or update changes needed to client database.
- Responsible for meeting closing deadlines on a monthly basis.
- Monitor industry/regulatory changes with respect to the revenue recognition, and develop new processes and policies to comply with accounting principles.
- Assist with external/internal audit in related to Sarbanes Oxley documentation for revenue recognition.
- Continuously finding ways to improve the workflow of the departments to suggest changes to our team if needed.
- Responsible for performing other duties and projects as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Strong organizational skills, and people skills are needed.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications.
