Accounting Clerk

Yoh has a contract opportunity for an ACCOUNTING CLERK to join our client in Santa Monica, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for credit memo analysis.
- Verification of Bad Debt/Bad Debt Recovery accounts.
- Work NSF's.
- Analysis of telephone cross charges.
- Work charge backs.
- Invoicing and posting payments to accounts.
- Maintain contract files.
- Other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of two (2) years experience.
- Basic general accounting experience.
- Experience with Epicor accounting software is preferred.
- Great time management skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Computer proficient.
