Accounting and Reporting Business Analyst

Accounting and Reporting Business Analyst: Accounting and Reporting Business Analyst is urgently required for a potentially very long term project in the Netherlands.

Non EU Accounting and Reporting Business Analysts are welcome as we can arrange work permits on short notice.

The team is responsible for the development, maintenance and support of the financial accounting system, ledger, financial data warehouse and regulatory reporting.

YOUR FUNCTION

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst for international financial accounting and reporting IT-projects. You will be responsible for gathering, analysis and documentation of the business requirements for accounting and reporting. Your work is part of several projects.

YOUR PROFILE

You are an experienced Medior/Senior Business analyst with proven knowledge and experience in financial accounting & reporting, business rules and data processing in international projects.

WORKING EXPERIENCE

* 5 years or more working experience as a Business Analyst/Business Consultant

* Experience in the financial sector

* Experience in cross border projects

- Financial and Reporting experience

* IFRS Accounting, Reporting & Finance policies
* Banking products and accounting

FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

* Knowledge of and experience with Finance concepts (required)

* Knowledge and experience of Business Analysis methods and best practices (required)

* Knowledge of and experience with business rules (preferred)

* Knowledge of and experience with Database and Datawarehouse concepts (preferred)

* Experience with the Agile way of working (preferred)

University (preferably in a Financial or Economics study).
