- Daily sales review
- Trial balance review and other duties as assigned.
- Key customers are Restaurant Managers and Operations.
- Explain flexs, lots of sales analysis, understand register and sales issues, month end reporting
- Adhoc reports as needed, will be using Oracle and Excel
