Accounting Administrator Job

ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR needed for a ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Rochester, NY

What You'll Be Doing:
- Person will process intercompany billings, journal entries, account analysis, quarterly reporting, intercompany sales reports for the General Accounting department, and cash application in PeopleSoft.
- This person will also assist in month-end close functions for RCD including consolidation with international entities.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials required. SAP experience is a plus.
- Two year accounting degree or a minimum of four (4) years of accounting experience.
- General Ledger accounting experience required.
- Must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, strong verbal and written skills, and must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Payables and Receivables
- Experience doing reconciliations
- Experience with journal entries and Monthly and Annual Closing process
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials required.

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP experience is a plus.
