Accountant T&E wanted for our Fribourg based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in account payable department preferably shared services
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken. Preferably one other European language. Dutch and German are advantageous
YOUR TASKS:
- Performing T&E related NFCM control, compliance check and KPI reporting
- Training Users, other team members and onboard new joiners
- Supporting other R2P streams in case needed
- Handling of respective generic mailboxes
- Proposing and posting T&E related month-end accruals, executing month-end reconciliations, preparing and distributing monthly newsletter
