Projektbeschreibung

1.Skills, knowledge, experience required (Previously in Statement of Work)
*Vocational training at higher level
*At least 8 years post related experience,
*Knowledge of accounting software such as Oracle R12
*Microsoft Office skills especially Excel
*English working level
*Hands on, flexible, team player
*IPSAS knowledge
*Attention to detail, task/deadline oriented, customer focused, and ability to work in confidence

2.Duties/role (Previously in Statement of Work):
*Day-to-day financially advice to CSU Commander
*Contributes to the preparation of the annual CIS (and non-CIS) requirements of both CSU and customer.
*Prepares the Financial Plan for CSU and assists to the MTFP/CRP 5 years plan for customer.
*Manages and executes the approved fund allocation of both CSU and customer
*Identifies funding problems, recommends solutions and advices on options in use of available funding
*Identifies and verifies the proper funding categories for all purchases
*Reviews & approves commitments of funds, manages commitments in cooperation with ACQ
*Ensures CIS requirements aligns to the Committees decisions and NATO financial regulations
*Authorizes CIS fund expenditures, through invoice approval
*Manages the local advance bank accounts and ensures invoices are paid on time
*Closely links all CIS expenditure to the approved SLA, and act accordingly if the requirements are out of the SLA scope.
*Participates in the price proposal process for small purchases
*Manages CNAFS/FINS for the execution of allocated CIS and non-CIS funds
*Prepares ad-hoc or regular internal or external reports using database/excel tools
*Represents the CSU Commander and assists customer on boards, working groups, and committees if related to overall financial administration of CIS funds
*Performs other duties as may be required.
