MY DUTIES:

- Coordination of Credit Notes / Debit Notes activities of local market, order management and billing team
- Maintaining and communicating deadlines for CN/DNs
- Updating tools and templates to make data available to the markets
- Ensuring correctness of Data and collaboration with ATR (Accounting to Reporting) Teams
- Reviewing Credit and Debit Notes (FI & SD)
- Monthly sales accrual and adjustments submissions
- Ad-hoc projects as necessary

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Adequate working experience in an accounting team, preferably in an international environment
- Fleuncy in English, good knowledge of German is beneficial
- Persistency and follow-through/follow-up capabilities
