IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Financial reporting for the entity, finalisation of TB and submission of a set of management accounts to Corporate on HFM system
-Responsible for driving the enhancement of monthly reporting cycle
-Balance sheet accounts reconciliation and ensuring Corp’s SOX database is up to date
-Maintaining Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Inventory, ICO, Fixed Assets register and active participation in optimising cash flow and reduction of DSO
-Assisting in the preparation of the budgets, forecasts, and ad-hoc MD&A analysis
-Assisting in the quarter and year end closings, as per Swiss and US-GAAP and finalisation of yearly audit

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor or equivalent in Accounting and Finance or a part qualified accountant (ACCA)
-Working in accounting section of an international company, production/manufacturing/high-tech sector experience is a plus
-Analytical, time management and problem-solving skills
-Ability to prioritize, manage and deliver tasks in a fast moving environment
-Working knowledge of US-GAAP and of SOX is required
-In-depth MS Office skills especially Excel, HFM and Microsoft Navision. HFM knowledge is a must-have
-Fluency in English, German is desirable
-Reliable, team player, hands-on mindset, looking for a challenge with immediate start and can demonstrate ability to grow within a role
