Accountant Contract Role Edinburgh

This role would suit an individual possessing the following attributes:

Qualified accountant with a background in financial reporting requirements

A good technical accounting background with solid statutory accounts knowledge

Technical knowledge of securitisation is a benefit, but not a pre-requisite as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Self/work organisation skills are key and the candidate must be able to work collaboratively in the team, providing support & feedback as required.

Keyboard/software application skills including Word, Excel, SAP and Oracle

Good written communication and analytical skills

The candidate will join the Finance Centre of Excellence for Equities & Securitisations.

Key responsibilities will include: Monthly & Quarterly Management Reporting for assigned portfolio within the Centre of Excellence.

Quarterly and annual statutory reporting for assigned portfolio as appropriate.

Input into wider group and divisional projects as appropriate.
