Accountant/Audit Manager Job

ACCOUNTANT/AUDIT MANAGER needed for a three (3) month CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in PRINCETON, NJ.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Performs assessment on adequacy of control procedures, working with corporate and local operating management to establish adequate controls, evaluating and testing SOX controls as well as recommending and following-up on remediation action plans.
- Interface to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and updating procedures
- Monitor SOD and remediate potential conflicts with business owners.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- In-depth functional knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley.
- Requires cross-functional communication and negotiation
- Self-motivated and driven to complete projects on own
- Understands variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
