Description:

-Responsible for patient credit account reconciliation
-Root cause analysis
-Excel reporting as deliverables
-Perform patient credits reconciliation between HealthConnect and Accounts Payment systems.
-Account reconciliations and root cause analysis.

1.) 40% Root cause analysis

2.) 30% Account reconciliation

3.) 30% Prepare reconciliation schedule

Uses professional accounting concepts and internal company policies to solve complex accounting issues including the maintenance of internal controls.

Participates in and implements monthly financial close, supervises the assignments of the staff accountants to include general ledger, accounts payable and fixed assets.

Prepares monthly management financial reporting package and executive summary schedules. Coordinates and facilitates the process of documenting accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements:

-Hands-on and client service oriented, a team player, and effective communicator.
-Minimum 4-5 years of accountant experience with accounting degree
-Advanced MS Excel/Access skills
-Accounting Knowledge
-Ability to communicate effectively.
