Accountant

For our banking client in Zürich we are currently looking for an Accountant interest to work on 20% workload:

START: ASAP
DURATION: 45 weeks
LOCATION: Zürich

Workload: 20%

The main responsibility will include:

- manage internal account reconciliations
- close weekly, monthly and quarterly account
- revenue determination based on client transactions in gold bars and coins and stock valuation on a month-to-month base
- prepare and provide journal entries in the general ledger, sub-ledger, and other applications
- perform control tasks, manage risk

The ideal candidate profile will include:

- a minimum of 3 years experience in accounting
- solid knowledge of AP/AR (accounts payable/receivable), reconciliations, monthly closings (no need to perform closings alone)
- concise and accurate personality, with strong attention to detail
- able to work independently after short introduction
- immediately available
- fluent in German and English
