ACCOUNTANT
START: ASAP
END: 31/12/2016
LOCATION: FRIBOURG, CH
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute accounts payable activities
- Drive continuous improvement and process excellence activities
- Process 3rd party, T&E and intercompany invoices
- Perform NFCM control (SOX Compliant), segregation of duties and user access reviews
- Execute month and month end reconciliations
- Train other team members and onboard new starters, coach where and when needed
- Ensure clean post month end accruals
- Stakeholder management, ensure clear and on time communication
- Ensure high level of quality and accuracy on all tasks carried out
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Finance and/or accounting
- 2-3 years experience within ACCOUNT PAYABLE DEPARTMENT (pref. Shared services)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local standards in order to process allocated tasks in an efficient and timely manner
- Strong experience with IT accounting tools (JDE/SAP/BW)
- Organizational and planning skills are important for the role as well as the ability to manage priorities and address needs of various stakeholders
- Customer orientated approach and stakeholder management
- Innovative mindset, striving to make the process more efficient and ability to find new better ways of working
- Team Management capabilities, continuous learning within the team
- Strong communication skills in ENGLISH and preferably DUTCH
