DESCRIPTION

This position serves as a key member of the FSS GL Accounting team. Responsibilities include issuing inter-company invoices for expenses paid centrally. Also paying and monitoring inter-company accounts payable to ensure accounts remain current and being a liaison between foreign business units and the Functional Departments on invoice issues. .Also paying and submitting various external invoices for payment.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

60% Tracking invoices paid centrally and recharging them via various methods to the various business units/functions/countries that the expenses relate to.

20% Paying and monitoring inter-company accounts payable to ensure accounts remain current.

20% Paying and submitting various external invoices for payment.

QUALIFICATIONS

1 to 2 years accounting related experience
Ability to work well under time pressures and meet deadlines
Ability to work with minimal supervision, self-starter
Good communication, organization, problem solving and analytic skills
Team player
High level of accuracy in work

Preferred:
Knowledge of JD Edwards, JWALK, and Excel
2-year degree in accounting
