The role:
* Scanning and posting of third-party invoices
* Scanning and processing of Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expense claims
* Intercompany reconciliations
* Support month-end closing activities
* Prepare a variety of standard reports and analysis
Your profile:
* Experience in working as a book keeper (technical degree preferred)
* Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principals
* Proficient SAP user and MS Office knowledge
* Strong attention to details
* Fluent in English and basic knowledge in German preferred
* Flexibility to travel and work from time to time in a different locations (10%)
