I am looking to hire an Accountant for one of my public sector client .

LOCATION -Abbey Wood, Bristol

JOB DESCRIPTION

- You have responsibility of maintaining appropriate financial records and systems and provide Accounting advice to C17CSAE personnel, ensuring that the financial management within the Team is both efficient and effective and conforms to the provisions of available references.
- You will provide Financial Support to the C17CSAE Financial Controller and the wider Team, including In-Year Management reporting, assistance in the production of Annual Budget Cycle (ABC) Costings, Financial Accounting and support the C17CSAE FC in relation to Governance requirements for Business Cases.Assist in the creation and production of various periodic Management Information Systems.
- Additionally you will be responsible for continuous improvement in accuracy of financial and accounting data, and input to the annual ARAc production exercise and period TLRFPs..
- Operate within the Letters of Financial Delegation provided to you by Financial Controller.
- The post holder will be responsible to: the FC and Team members to ensure that the financial management within the PT is both efficient and effective and conforms to current Policies,Guidance and Processes
