Accountant

My client are recruiting for an experienced Accountant to cover a 9 month maternity cover contract.

The Accountant will be AAT qualified with at least four years' experience working in an accounts environment. The role requires a very thorough understanding of double entry and an ability to persevere with any problem solving. 

DUTIES FOR THE ROLE SHALL INCLUDE:
- Preparing service charge accounts for developments to a strict timetable as agreed with the Service Charge Accounts Manager
- Liaising with Estate Managers to establish year-end adjustments and dealing with queries
- Preparing draft levy calculations and raising invoices in Qube
- General duties as required from time to time to assist in the success of the business

This role is paying between £24,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience. There is free parking and it is based in an accessible location. This is a great opportunity to join an exciting and fast growing company. Knowledge or experience of using QUBE would be beneficial.
