ACCOUNT SERVICES COORDINATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SILVER SPRING, MD

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- BA/BS degree Preferred
- Experience and/or interest in event coordination
- Enthusiastic self-starter who collaborates well in a team environment

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Monitor registration/submission dashboard on daily basis
- Pull customized registration/submission reports on weekly/daily basis to share with client
- Conduct e-mail marketing/reminders leading up to events.
- Create logs of emails sent to Siemens Competition inbox to share with client
- Pull competitor information reports for University Partners
- Create and manage list of WebEx meetings for virtual events
- Assist in the distribution of WebEx meeting invites to over 100 Competitors
- Copywriting duties as necessary
- Assist Account Team in creation of printed materials for distribution
- Oversee online form completion and communicate with participants as necessary
- Assist Account Team with other duties as necessary

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BA/BS degree preferred
- Experience and/or interest in event coordination
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while supporting multiple stakeholders
- Enthusiastic self-starter who collaborates well in a team environment
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in online platforms such as WebEx
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work nights/weekends as needed
