Account Representative - Services

We are seeking an Account Representative for  6 months contract role in Peachtree City, GA. Account Support Analyst A support professional experienced in a CUSTOMER SUPPORT ROLE, SUPPORTING SERVICES. A strong team player who can provide considerable value add' in a challenging customer service environment. This position requires a high degree of skills in relationship management, continuous improvement, data analytics, self-motivation; someone who has problem solving skills and leadership to get issues resolved for the customer.

As the Account Support Analyst you will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
service delivery fidelity
customer relationship
operational support
communicates effectively
readily adapts
data analysis

Person will be responsible for delivery and installation services that are provided for all customers in the base offering. The IC will become the Single Point of Accountability for the delivery and installation activities where there is no Project Management. The IC manages all facets of a low complexity rollout and works with a Project/Implementation Manager on medium to high complexity projects. The IC is responsible for measuring the ability to ensure that all deliverables are fulfilled on-time and within budget meeting customer expectations. The IC is responsible for maintaining a project binder, coordinating the creation of an Installation guide, utilizing CIS and CDP resources as necessary.
