Account Opening Specialist - Custody Markets

ACCOUNT OPENING SPECIALIST - CUSTODY MARKETS

We are currently seeking an Account Opening Specialist to join The Client Information and Documentation Team in Bournemouth. Due to the requirements of the position we are looking for candidates who have some exposure to Investment Banking or Retail Banking environments.

PURPOSE/PRIORITIES:

The Client Information and Documentation team are a unique group of experts whose core purpose is to operate as a dedicated, responsive account opening team, making sure there is a consistent end to end process across a variety of internal and external stakeholders in order to surpass our clients' expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Contribute to a client facing and functional team
- Attend client conference calls providing status updates on market openings, fund launches and ensuring that regular information is provided.
- Ensure all accounts are opened within the agreed SLA, including liaison with the custody and client service teams.
- Ensure accurate completion of market documentation with market naming conventions, obtain sign-off in line with internal policies, and arrange for legalization of documents where required.
- Drive relationship building with all key contacts.
