Account Officer (Contract)

For an international financial institution in Zurich we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge:

ACCOUNT OFFICER (CONTRACT) - 5776

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Operational Support for private bank clients
- Validation and tracking of trading orders related to all investment products (forex, derivatives, structured notes, hedge funds and private equity)
- Validation, call backs and AML checks regarding wire transfers
- Documentation processing, credit card applications and invoices, credit proposals and corporate actions in general
- Cash management control
- General operational tasks

REQUIREMENTS

- University degree or equivalent/commercial bank apprenticeship
- Minimum of 2 years general experience in Private Banking
- Experience in Client Management/support functions
- Microsoft Office tools knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Explorer)
- Organized person with a pro-active attitude and strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Ability to adjust and react fast by prioritizing tasks as well as to work under pressure
- Excellent PORTUGUESE and very good ENGLISH written and spoken (both MUST)
